I’ve been back on protocol since mid January. Started with the alternative plan , as per my coach. Then moved to doing 4 packets a day, as per my coach. Some days I don’t do the 4th packet though. Just wondering if others have that constant exhaustion. I’m 14 weeks post op for my knee (which is tiring in itself) and I am a teacher (which is also exhausting). Not sure if it’s the trifecta (IP, surgical recovery and teaching) or just me. I try to go to bed early, and it doesn’t matter if I get 5 hours or 9 hours. I am exhausted. Thoughts? Thanks for listening.

You’re not alone! The diet will definitely leave you falling asleep but I’m told it gets better. I’m three weeks in and see some improvement.

Up your sodium. I use a pill splitter and take half when I wake up, another half around lunchtime, and a full tablet at bed. Works wonders for my energy. Graxcell Sodium Chloride 1GM. .

Be sure to take the supplements. Especially the lite salt! Keeps your electrolytes balanced. That should give you back your energy.

Hi @breadroot I posted re my exhaustion earlier on. I am so drained even though I faithfully take my vitamins and have added extra vit b, vit d, iron, vit c. I'm still extremely exhausted. I take extra salt when I feel like I'm going to drop and extra drink enhancer. Can't get in to see my doc until mid March so waiting to see what that brings. I'm with yah sista.
