@discommon that would be good to put it over. Sometimes I brown the cauliflower rice add grilled diced chicken, green onions, soy sauce and one egg for traditional chicken fried rice dish

@millrun I count each egg as 1. 5oz. I usually do 3-4 full eggs and 2 egg whites.

@inward, I’m cooking for my family too. I count mine the same. When I put these in, I’ll toss the yolks over to one side for the most part and I’ll have more whites than yolk:)

@millrun I like to have eggs for breakfast on the weekends and then remind myself when I'm hungry at dinner to have less protein.

I’m a vegetarian so eggs and tofu are my #1 sources of protien. I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs throughout the week:)

@intravenous I put comments under each photo. The 1/4tsp salt and 2 tsp of olive oil added to each dish. I sauteed my vegs/shrimp in the oil.

@intravenous I normally have 1 package for breakfast with coffee, split my protein and vegetables for lunch and dinner and the other 2 packages I use for an afternoon snack and before bed snack.

I am NOT a great cook, but I make my own carne asada. I tenderize skirt steak and vacuum seal it with spices. I leave it in the fridge for a few days. I also freeze a couple of packets in case I want to have it later in the month. Vacuum sealing seems to lock the flavor in the meat.

I’m pretty lazy so I don’t cook very much. I start off with a peach mango mix package. I have a premade cappuccino with 2 cups of spinach for lunch. Two hard-boiled eggs plus one egg white. I make a big batch of boiled eggs twice a week, 2 cups of vegetables usually sautéed zucchini and squash. Nighttime snack is the blueberry cranberry and pomegranate drink mix. Once a week or so for my evening snack I’ll have a lemon wafers or Darodos (spelling). I really limit the number of carbs I consume from IP Products a day. Once a week I’ll have ground turkey and cauliflower with the crack sauce. For me personally, I have found if I have too many choices it derails me. I have trouble getting my oil and salt in so I put my oil in my cappuccino smoothie and I drink my salt in four ounces of water every day.

I meal prep and cook at least 3 meals. I then divide the recipes/meals and freeze them. That way I have meals for 6 nights. Janeava's cookbooks are a lifesaver. Never bored with just packets/drinks. This is my 2and time. I lost 100lbs 3yes ago. I'm trying to lose 30lbs this time around. I still made the meals that didn't have packets in between these 3yrs.
