This is the step down sheet that's to be followed for a week before going into phase 2. Ignore the part about eggs that is my modification because I'm having to phase off for financial reasons

I don't know much yet, but I heard you can add some peanut butter.

I asked, but am not quite there yet. My coach said it’s the same except you add a real protein at lunch as well.

How long is phase 2? I was under the impression that it is longer than 2 weeks like it was when I started back in October.

@fredette phase 2 can take two weeks or 6 weeks. Depend on how well your body stabilizes while your adding your net carbs, fats, and protein. Takes time to find the right balance for your body.

@race I am almost to my 2nd goal weight. 10# pounds, then we'll re-evaluate the next goal weight. I still see myself as a 300#+ person. not the person I am today!

I have. Do you have a coach? (There’s got be a coach here that can give you the right answer! )It’s very similar to phase 1, but adding in protein & taking out a IP item. My sheet actually said phase 2 on it. You probably will still lose weight on it. I had special sheets to document my food so the coach could look at macros. (I did not have peanut butter on phase 2)

Phase 2 is only a week. The old program was 2 or 3 weeks. The only difference from phase 1 is that you can have 4-6 oz of protein during lunch.
