@cerotype then you likely won't do well on this. My tummy was a huge bloated rock! Btw. yeahhhh baby

I was told this would happen with increased amount of veggies especially if you are not a veggie eater as four cups can be a lot for some

Spread the veggies out over the day. Make a point to chew thoroughly, particularly celery, as the fibre can be too much for your stomach if you don't do much of the "break down" in your mouth.

It's the soy. I had gastrointestinal issues also. When I stopped I was fine

Yes! I just had to stop eating the food because of the soy! I thought it was my gallbladder because the pain was so bad!

For me it’s the artificial sweeteners, especially if I eat more than one bar or too much spry gum. Hard lesson to learn. Lol

@crankle89733 yeah, the foods aren’t agreeing with me either and don’t feel like they are very healthy which bothers me
