Hi, I am really struggling with the protocol. I have lost weight which is great, but the packets don’t taste good, I can actually taste how processed they are. How have you overcome that?! Please help.

Your taste buds will change/adjust as you continue with the program. I felt the same way in the beginning but now love many IP items.

I add cinnamon to the apple oatmeal, for the dorados l make pico de gallo, l don’t buy the other foods. not my taste, l made the “brownies”. they were “meh”.

Check for recipes using the packets on pinterest. There is a clinic that shares a lot of recipes.

What have you tried so far ? I personally love the squares , the capuccino drinks in the morning , and the soups with veggies in . This way of life is for you to loose the excessive weight and then go on your own to live a healthy life with healthy food . Hang in there

@prescriptive97 that’s what I do. I don’t like any of the treats (squares, bars etc) but I do want to reach my goal.

I drink the vanilla shake everyday for breakfast. Not the premade. I eat chips for lunch with my veggies and I love all the snacks which I eat at night. It’s easy, boring, but works.

Try a variety of packets - you may find some are better than others. Use lots of seasoning and try some recipes. Hang in there - your tastes will change as your body gets used to no sugar, etc.

Ain't no food tastes as good as skinny feels. So you're half way there. The food isn't tastin' good. ;-) Hang in there. Stick with it.

@waitabit Italian seasoning, garlic powder, anything really that doesn’t have salt, onion or sugar.

I use the shakes. I crush up the chips to coat chicken or to toss in a salad. Pancakes are good. Oatmeal is filling. Janeva's cookbook has lots of ideas

I keep it simple. Chocolate shake for breakfast, veggies and Doradoes for lunch and I save the strawberry waffle for a late snack

I do the protein drinks premade. Premade Chocolate pudding. Cookie dough bars. Strawberry wafer bars. Dorados. Herb omelet is good too!

We love the chocolate shakes, lemon wafers and coconut bars. The church bread and gingerbread recipes in Janevas cookbook are great.
