I am stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks I'm following protocol. I have added cardio. I am taking the amino acid powder from IP that we have to take if we are working out. I dont know If that powder is what is stopping me. I am also drinking 6-7 500ml bottles of water a day so I know it is not the water. Any advice? Should I do the reboot?

Eliminate your restricted packet. Dont eat after 7pm and stick with it, you'll continue to lose. Dont get discouraged

@lundy - echo this. I would also add that cardio to point of sweat or breathlessness is discouraged on the program for a reason. Switch your cardio to a long walk or low intensity yoga. Your body is probably holding because it needs extra cals for your workouts.

I politely disagree. Your bodies glycogen stores are already depleted. Calories lost will be calories lost. Anything and everything extra you can do will accumulate and help you get to your goal quicker. I am not a doctor, I believe alot of the statements made by the ip diet are there to counteract law suits. Know the process but trust your body. You know when you're taking it easy, push yourself but dont kill yourself.
