We have our dieters on electronic support with email or text in addition to recommending they join this group. For local dieters, it gives them a resource between visits and increased accountability. Outside of COVID-19 we have always worked with dieters around the country with our virtual program, and feel like it helps the distance dieter to stay focused, build a relationship with us and get the coaching support in between their appointments.

Stay out of the grocery store and away from places that would cause me to eat things that I shouldn’t!

The numbers on the scale give me motivation, which keeps me into plan mode for what I will eat every day. I also keep my self busy.
