I have ran into this problem a few times due to my own fault at planning ahead but I was just wondering if you are in a situation where there is nothing on protocol to eat. Do you eat the bad food or not eat? Thanks

I’ve had that happen on poorly planned road trips. Things like a subway salad or a lettuce wrapped burger at Five Guys have been saviours for me.

I try and limit it. If I go out I'll order no bread and extra veggies. Or my weakness pizza. I'll get eat 1 piece and walk away, but your stomach may kill you when you are done.

Still do keto recipes approved foods. They have a larger selection but it might make you feel like shit for some of the items. But they are based on keeping you in ketosis as well

In what situation beyond your control would there be nothing protocol? eggs, dry grilled meat and fish, steamed veggies, salad. Packets stashed in your purse, car, gym bag, desk, etc.
