Stalled!  I need to get back on the wagon!Stalled! I need to get back on the wagon! Any ideas on how to jump start again? I have lost 48 pounds and have 70 to go! Was doing really well and haven’t been able to follow the program 100% for weeks now. feeling out of synch and am not in keto sis. do I just start filling the sheet 100% again, or is there a jump Start? Somebody told Me you need a reset sometimes? Anybody heard of this?

You aren’t stalled. You are off program. Get back on 100%. The only cure for being off plan is to recommit and start again. There are no shortcuts. Resets are for people who have been at goal for awhile and a few pounds have creeped back on.
