Hi everyone.  I had my IP consult yesterday and I will start my journey on Monday.Hi everyone. I had my IP consult yesterday and I will start my journey on Monday. Yay, me! I read through most of the threads and I still have two questions. 1. ) If my location doesn’t sell a certain IP food can I buy it from a different location? 2. ) What are some fan favorites that I should be sure to pick up?
Hi everyone. I had my IP consult yesterday and I will start my journey on Monday.

Your clinic can order for you - your coach is paid from product you buy so best to sort this out with them. We carry 99% products but a few only if client asks as they don't sell for some reason. Have a great journey - it works every time!

I cant live without the Doritos. The Vanilla Drink and vanilla rice crisp. My stomach has issues with the brownie everyone raves about but you might not.

Ask them to bring it in! Clinics now can order as little as one item, not the bigger quantities from before :)

I love all their sweet products and the chips! Doesn’t feel like a diet at all. The savory soups, mac n cheese, and risotto are a no go for me.

My breakfast is the Carmel Pretzel bar. I had to get special permission but I love it.

The toffee pretzel bar? It's actually only a maintenance bar just FYI! It has too much fat and too many carbs to make phase one really efficient. It IS delicious, but save it for maintenance!

@sudiesudnor/activity" class="qa-user-link">sudiesudnor thank you @sudiesudnor/activity" class="qa-user-link">sudiesudnor for the advice. You are right to say something to me in this situation because I made the comment to a brand new dieter. Bad move on my part. I did want to explain the reason my coach suggested I eat one for breakfast three times a week. You see I was having a difficult time being weak and not enough energy. At work I walk between 25, 000 and 45, 000 steps per day. The job is also very strenuous. My coach seeing all this made the suggestion. I now have much more energy at work. I've lost 70 pounds so far. I'm still in phase one but I'm close to reaching my goal. Yes, its not normally for phase one but it's working for me. All the best to you on your journey.

@birdbath fair enough. That’s a lot of steps! I would honestly move towards a bit more fat/protein in that case still, 2 bcaa’s/day, and More IP salt, water, and Lemon/Mangosteen/Tangerine water enhancers! Even an extra peach mango drink to get the protein, or extra eggs. Glad it’s worked for you, just the extra carbs can stimulate more insulin which can actually slow your fat burn from happening  all the best!

It's pretty clear to me you have been doing this for a while. You are very knowledgeable about all of this. Thanks for the suggestions. To bad you don't live in Loveland Colorado or you would be my coach. Would you mind if I friend you on Facebook so I can see your posts and maybe ask you a question every now and then. By the way, my steps are going to decrease starting tomorrow. I used to work for Noosa Yoghurt. Tomorrow I start to work as general manager for Midwest Heating and Cooling Supply. My steps will go way down now. Anyway thanks so much for caring about people and giving me suggestions.
