Just a curious thought, and don’t feel like talking on the phone for a million years with my coach. Phase 2 is just two weeks? And phase three is just normal maintenance? Why did they change it that way. used to be phase 2- two weeks. Phase 3-two weeks and then phase 4 maintain

I’m about to go into it, it sounds like you are in phase two for about a week for every 10lbs you lose. 40lbs- 4 weeks.

I thought phase 2 was now called the one week step down phase ? It’s impossible to follow the changes to the program and every coach tells us different information in my opinion

@filature35 my coach never told me anything haha said we would talk when we get there.

@filature35 there is a one week step down and then another additional 3-7 weeks with added carbs and fats, calculated by your coach based on your weight. The changes are actually pretty simple if your coach did the training and communicates with you. Working with multiple coaches isnt a good idea and will likely be more confusing than helpful.

Phase 2 is 4-8 weeks now, depending on how much weight your lost. And yeah phase 3 is basically just maintenance/lifestyle without a structured "protocol " to follow. The changes were made to make the diet more effective long term so more people maintain their weight. Phase 2 now teaches you how to incorporate healthy carbs and fats and also healthy portion sizes, where previously the only difference was dropping the lunch packet and adding lean protein.
