Hey Guys!  I need your help!Hey Guys! I need your help! I weigh around 205lbs and I started last week (this is my third time and I gave up first two times after losing 10lbs) this time I want to stick to it. I have few questions If you guys can answer me here or feel free to DM me! 1. The lean mass and lean mass% on IP app, what are those and are those suppose to be increasing or decreasing? 2. I saw lots of ppl achieve their goal weight, so what do you guys do with your loose skin, how do you manage that? My Goal weight is 140lbs and I lost 4last week. Thanks

I cannot help you with first question as I deleted the app (so faulty) but for the second Like a postpartum belly, there is very little you can do. Depending on your age, your genetics and how fast you gained the weight / lost the weight your skin may recover 1+ years after or never. I am 40 now. My first baby / first major weight gain I bounced back and no one ever knew I had a baby and I owned the itty bitty bikini in my 20’s. Age. Rapid weight gain and then a loss, I have loose skin now on 80lb combined gain for 2nd baby and just sheer laziness.  I have a mother in law and she was my height and larger. She lost a lot of weight and never bounced back at 60 years old. So. age. genetics. how much you gained all factor into what to do with loose skin My tips: drink the collagen. Use bio oil. Do toning exercises once you hit goal. Expect that the faster you lose, the faster you will see saggy skin. But you do see minor improvements.

Lean mass is the amount of muscle you have in pounds and percentage. It should go up. You want to see fat % decrease. The best natural thing to do for loose skin is fast. Take a look at Dr. Eric Berg videos on this topic if you want to learn more.
