I have 16 pounds to lose to get to my ideal weight . I am 5 feet 5 inches and currently weigh 141 and would like to go to 125. I’am wondering if you have 10-15 pounds to lose is your weight loss slower like a pound a week . or have people still lost 2 pounds a week when they were closer to goal . What has been your experience as you got closer to your final goal ?

I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 143 (started at 175) and want to get to 132 and I'm averaging over a pound a week. Asked my coach at last weigh in if it would slow down and she said everyone is different. She told me to keep up with the water and stick to the sheet and I should see the same results per week because if there is fat and pounds to lose then you will if you stick to it!

I'm 5'3" and weighed 149. I've lost 15 lbs and want to reach 125 or 120. I am also experiencing slower weight loss, so I would be interested in others' experiences as they get closer to their desired weight.

Started at 142 and lost about 5lbs in a month. Fell off the wagon, but didn't gain. I'm back at it again. Will see if it is still 1lb a week going forward.

I'm also shorter at 5'2" so my goal weight is actually 120.

Yes I think it does, so I have been going to the park with my dog and walking! I think really helps! Try it!

@arezzo10 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you I was painting trying to stay busy! I walked for about 40 minutes at a steady pace and I do try to drink a lot of water also.

The closer you are to an actual ideal weight the slower you lose in my experience.

@meuse Winn , I actually already do intermittent fasting 8 hours of eating and 16 hours fasting .

I’m struggling with losing more then a pound a week also and am trying to get my last 7 pounds off ! Currently at 132 and want to get to 125

The smaller we are the longer it takes to lose. I'm 5'3, was 146. Took me 8 weeks to get to 125. I'm happy tho

@idolism Just hang in there. I've lost lots of inches. I cheated with chicken quesadillas last night . It was so good for a change but now back at it.

In the same boat. Have 15 to go and it seems as if I’m stuck. lowered protein intake to 4 oz total a day - coach said this helped another client that was in the same situation. will see how this next week goes. so hard not to get discouraged at this point.

@bernhard43817 , that the body loses to a point . and then it goes to like 0. 5 pound or even less than a week. or sometimes none and it’s different for each person. But it’s just very expensive for a half pound loss or less.

I am a physical therapist. I exercise with patients all day. But no, nothing else

Sometimes only . 8. I did IP years ago and the weight flew off. That being said, I do think the stress of the world’s situation (& the fact that I’m older this time)makes a body react differently.

I'm within 5 lbs of my goal weight now. Along the way, definitely slower than when I started. Some weeks I've only lost a half pound and next week, it would be 1. 5 or 2. I alternate my dinner at lunchtime one day and then later the next. I also dropped protein to 5 oz. I limit restricted items to once a week or zero. I find mixing things up helps. Also, walking is a huge help - I see really good results when I add that in.
