I think the low calorie amount has made me more irritable and depressed at times. I dealt with pretty bad anxiety and some depression symptoms prior to the plan. Also, noticed PMS a little worse.

I’ve had the same as Liza. first two weeks has irregular periods also. Today is week 4 and feeling better. I also started using CBD oil shortly before the diet and can tell that’s starting to help with things I was dealing with before I started the diet. Hang in there!

there are many benefits. I started using it for depression and anxiety after my sister passed away unexpectedly. I wanted something more natural rather than staying on a antidepressant. It works for me so far

If I feel bad I try to focus on the long-term goals I have set. I also go outside and get some sunshine. Once in a while I eat an extra packet. Not recommending it but it helps if I'm feeling really fun down and moody.
