I finally committed 1000% last Thursday with 33# to lose, SW:163 & GW:130, I’m 5ft5in, no more in and out of protocol/keto because of my overwhelming job as a RN, COVID, Quarantine and the list goes on and on basically NO MORE BS EXCUSES Either I’m all in or I’m not, so far so good with Day #4 and 1000% on protocol and I’m staring to feel better, keto flu didn’t hit me to hard this time. We all can do this and I’m all about lifting each other up, encouraging and motivating when those days just seem so impossible, so please add. Everyday I start my journal with the title “Light Bulb” any epiphanies or realizations that have come to light for me understanding my WHY I write it down, it keeps me grounded but most of all from self sabotaging my goals.
