Have my reboot phone call tonite with a coach. What are some of your faves in the packets? Any thoughts on the oatmeal ? My faves in past have been : Pudding Chocolate drink Chocolate soy puffs The bars Doratos Raspberry jello Rotini Mac and cheese . Any thoughts on the mug cake or anything else ? Wanna get rid of this 14lb I've gained back plus hoping for an additional 10 safely ! Starting weight : 194 End of protocol weight 149 Current weight 164 Ideal hopeful 140

Vanilla crispy squares, crisps, and chocolate soy puffs are my go to. This week I tried something new. Ready to drink vanilla shake. I make ice coffee at home with it and love it. I am not a coffee drinker. But boy is it good!

@chokedamp I have a keurig (my husband drinks coffee). I make 4 oz of coffee, add a few ice cubes, add the vanilla drink, stir and add lots more ice. I use a really big travel mug.

The cheese omelet is an easy way to get in veggies, I stuff it with sauté spinach, garlic and scallion. Oatmeal is an easy work brekkie. Pina colada drink mixed with frozen riced cauliflower in the ninja blender makes a nice frozen treat, or add more water for a smoothie. My lunch has been a tossed salad with IP sweet spicy snack mix (trail mix) and IP italian dressing, yummy.

It’s wonderful that you started before you gained back all your weight. This should be a breeze for you. Good luck. Also love The new cheese sauce, vanilla crispy squares, lemon bars, potato purée for making some bread recipes.
