Okay I had no idea cilantro and parsley weren’t on the sheet! And I’ve been doing this for awhile!

@kampmeier just buy a head of purple and white cabbage and cut it up yourself! It lasts forever and it tastes so much better than the bagged stuff!

Good for you! I did the same thing and people would say things like that isn't gonna hurt you or affect your weight. I believe these choices help you stay successful long term. This mindset will really help in maintenance too as you won't miss not having them then either. Graat job!

It would be easier to cut your own up. Takes very little time and you can make it as this or chunky as you like.
