Today I used 1 serving of Walden’s Farm syrup, 1 serving of Walden’s Farm Honey Dijon dressing, and 1 packet of Splenda for my coffee. = 3 servings so far.

Not a total list, but Walton farms, other 0 stuff not IP, ( cause it really is t zero, just doesn’t meet FDA guidelines for reporting), artificial sweeteners, non IP water flavor enhancers. Diet pop is on the no list as most contain asparatame. Some can tolerate 4, some find weight loss slows and only can tolerate less.

Does anyone know about flavored coffee grounds? I’ve been looking for info. I assume it’s a “hidden sugar” but not sure.
