Applegate makes an all beef and a turkey dog that is actually very good on a romaine lettuce leaf w mustard, ketchup, onion whatever mmmm

@rudder31276 there are calories in Heinz no sugar. Walden Farms is the only ketchup procotol for phase 1. b

@bertrambertrand8349 We don’t count calories in anything. Extras need to be 0 fat/ 0 carbs/ 0 sugar on the nutritional label. Calories play no roll in anything.

@rudder31276 yes they do. Protocol is protocol for stage 1. Any new person would be very confused by your post. Turkey dogs and ketchup other than walden farms is not phase 1.

@bertrambertrand8349 I don’t know who told you calories count. But trust me they do not. Ketchup has carbs because of the tomatoes. If you’d like you can always contact ip threw messenger on fb.
