I walk 6000-8000 steps per day and try to work out at the gym twice a week. I've lost 187 pounds and am working on phasing off.

@ignazio411 Wow that's awesome! Congratulations I needed to see this today. For a while I was fed up. Thought I might just about be done. I'm down 77 lbs, but I really want more off. You give me inspiration. I'm back! I'll exercise now too.

I’ve been going swimming. I want to get down to 190lbs, then I am going to phase off and do weight lifting and slowly lose to 160lbs and gain muscle. And then get a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

I add a protein shake. I feel great. I’ve been running for years. I know when to pay attention to signs.

Yes♡I spend 1/2 on the elliptical every morning before my morning swim class. Again in the evening same. 1/2 on elliptical and 1 hr swim class♡Down 23 pounds in 5 weeks♡
