@franfranc7 yes the fit is a huge thing! And some baby powder helps me with the sweat and I think it is helping with my posture too.

@vibrate69 I used a measuring tape and went a size down from that. Since you want it to squeeze the extra skin.

Gold bond medicated spray powder! Best thing ever! If the area is irritated it may sting at first but I guarantee you this will heal it up and with continued use will prevent it from happening again!

My dermatologist said to use Gold Bond powder. Once you clear it up. I use antiperspirant. Keeps the irritation away. Hope this helps
