I got a serious case of the hangrys and ate a piece of cheese. How badly do you think I screwed up my week/loss?

A piece of cheese is better than eating something carby. I think you’ll be fine.

Cheese is low carb for the most part. It’s the fat intake but shouldn’t get you out of ketosis unless you over ate carbs generally. You’re probably fine. Drink a big glass of water and don’t stress! My $. 02

Eating fat just slows your progress down cause your body will use that for fuel instead of your body fat. not the worst thing you can do! I’ve done worse so your gonna be okay

It won’t. but next time try a glass of ice cubes in between celery sticks and cucumbers. helps with the crunchies.

I screwed up and ate two restricted IP foods yesterday. Put my carb % way up  hoping for the best too.
