I had a very stressful day and ate 4 extra packets. I feel out of control and like I wrecked my week. At least it wasn’t cookies or donuts, I guess. What do you think?

I think that’s better than reaching for something we aren’t allowed.

You are right! I’ve done something similar before. Drink lots of water and keep pressing on.

You should try to eat veggies instead next time and drink water if you feel hungry

I have eaten too many IP packets before. It is sooo much better than eating what I have in the past. All we can do is the best we can do on any given day. I’ve recently realized that mushrooms and spinach are unlimited. This is good news for me because I love a spinach salad with fresh mushrooms on it! So recently, when I have felt like eating quite a lot, I have made an enormous salad with spinach, mushrooms, skinny girl honey mustard dressing, and crushed up Dorados on top. It is delicious!

I agree with @peculate Mayer! 4 extra packets at the most equals 600 calories and less than 30 carbs. How many calories/carbs in a bucket of ice cream, box of cookies or whatever else you might have turned to in the past? This is a win and tomorrow is a new day! You’ve got it!

You are still making healthier choices than in the past. I try the veggies first but there are times I crave something thick, gooey and sweet. Living in the country helps keep me on track

You're fine! Don't beat yourself up. Think about the choices you used to make. You're winning! I thought this morning: A new week, a new month, a new start. I can do better, make better choices. Let's do it!

I had days like that too. It never affected my weight loss.
