I’d encourage you to drop the word ‘only’ . You LOST weight - you didn’t gain. That’s a success! Plus the scale is only one measure of success. Example: last week I lost 1/2 lb but I lost over 3 inches. Don’t get discouraged - your body isn’t a machine where weight loss is a steady constant. Your body drops weight at different amounts based on sooooo many factors (water, sleep, stress, TOM). The last little nugget I’ll share with you is what my coach advised: don’t look at just one weeks numbers - look at a 4-6 weeks trend with numbers. You’ll look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come. Only those ‘only 1. 3lbs’ add up fast! You’re doing great.
