Sometimes that just happens. For me, I’ve always been a slow chisel. That about what I lose per week.

That's actually pretty good for weeks 3 - 5. The first couple of weeks is always water weight. Now your body is adjusting to burning body fat for energy. It takes a bit to get that started up and turn your body into a fat-burning machine. Just stay focused and know that this is all normal. Plateaus will happen also, throughout your loss.

Also, the less you have to lose, the slower it comes off. Most of the time when you see the huge losses posted here, it’s because they have a lot more to lose than you do.

I didn’t do well at first because I was very lax with measuring everything. I didn’t measure my oil well. I over ate veggies and animal protein. The little things matter. Water is key too! Get at least 70 ounces or more.

I don’t think there’s anything to worry about, woman on average lose 2 a week you are averaging 3!

I’d encourage you to drop the word ‘only’ . You LOST weight - you didn’t gain. That’s a success! Plus the scale is only one measure of success. Example: last week I lost 1/2 lb but I lost over 3 inches. Don’t get discouraged - your body isn’t a machine where weight loss is a steady constant. Your body drops weight at different amounts based on sooooo many factors (water, sleep, stress, TOM). The last little nugget I’ll share with you is what my coach advised: don’t look at just one weeks numbers - look at a 4-6 weeks trend with numbers. You’ll look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come. Only those ‘only 1. 3lbs’ add up fast! You’re doing great.

Are your clothes a little looser? You may be losing fat and gaining lean mass.

I'm on round 2. First week lost nothing, second week lost nothing ( I weighed in at night ) week 3 - 4 pounds and week 4 I'm down another 4. If you dont have much to loose maybe it's just slower. Were u down inches?
