How do you all crunch the inbetween lunch and supper hunger? I try and eat a large salad at noon and try to push my IP packet till 3. If I don't do that and eat it with my salad (because I'm hungry) I end up feeling starved. I'll chug a bottle of water . have a second water with the enhancer . I don't want to keep snacking on veggies. So besides that and an egg. What do you all do to just push through or ignore the cravings or Huger between lunch and supper?

I had to move my nighttime snack to late afternoon snack. We eat dinner late, so the amount of time between lunch and dinner was unbearable. I’m fine after dinner because there’s only a couple of hours between dinner and bed.

I rise at 3am to get into work by 5am. The mornings are very hard for me. I warm up the oatmeal, have a snack then I have the biggest salad/my dinner with protein I can when I have lunch @130p) then I’m ok the rest of the day.

There’s the time to just realize that hunger is not going to kill you. Its ok to be hungry. Welcome it. You’re supposed to be hungry for the next meal. Unless you’re below healthy BMI and you’re eating the sheet then hunger is showing you you’re doing the protocol. I don’t think we’re saying you should never be hungry. I found Im less hungry when in ketosis and being hungry for meals means I relish the protein, vegtables and salad for dinner.

If I must have something my go to is celery. Try finding something to do to occupy your mind. If the craving does not subside, then go for celery

When I first started I carried two hard boiled eggs with me. After the first month I didn’t need it anymore.

You may need to eat more protein with each meal. That's what sates the hunger, protein and fats.

I've got to tell you, CELERY ROOT or some call it celeriac in the produce section. Now cut them up like fries and put them In the air fryer. Love them, same as fries to me, and fills you up. When you see them in the store, you won't believe what they look like. Looks like a big root ball. But cut it open and it's like a potato. They make marvelous fries.

I was waiting all day to eat dinner at about 7 pm but was dying with hunger so now I split it up and eat half my dinner at 3 and the other at 6. I eat my last IP packet at 8 with a sparkling water.

I don’t eat according to a schedule or specific time of day. I eat according to my hunger needs considering my work schedule and lifestyle. During the work week I usually eat my animal protein and veggies mid day. Then later on I eat more veggies/salad. By the time I get home I’ve usually eaten everything except maybe one IP pack and I’ll have that with tea. As long as we get in everything that is required we will be successful.

I always ate 1-2 ounces of protein with lunch. Then have my lunch packet in the afternoon. Dinner protein was reduced 1-2. I’m in Canada so still lots of protein

I'm going through the same issue with being hungry between lunch and dinner. I've been eating celery and a hard boiled egg. I also think tea can help. I drink herbal teas.

For me - lots of celery. Also, a hot cup of broth really calms down my hunger . Hang in there - it gets better.

There's a strawberry/chocolate herbal tea (my coach approved it) that gives me mouth satisfaction in between meals.

I get hungriest mid morning. Two oz of protein and an IP don’t hold me til lunch. Allergic to eggs so they are out for breakfast.

What do some of you believe are the most filling IP products?

My coach will let us have one 5 calorie sugar free jello (my husband needs it). If you must do an IP make it a shake (fewer calories) or try hot broth

Roasted veggies, cauliflower rice, veggies etc. I split my protein between lunch and supper so it keep the hunger pains usually at bay.

Celery or pickles. We love dilly bites! They’re perfect for when we’re on the go and they’re soooo good.

I just space out everything. Breakfast: 9:00 am (IP) Lunch 1 : 12:00 pm (2 cups veggie) Lunch 2: 3:00 pm (IP) Snack: 5:00 pm (IP) Dinner: 8:00 pm (protein & veggies . . Eating consistently & working 13+ hr days gives me the energy I need. Sometimes I eat all 4 cups at lunch 1. Depends on my day
