Bone in pork chops? Ok or not ok?Bone in pork chops? Ok or not ok? If they are ok do you cut the meat off the bone before grilling to measure 4-6 oz?

Best answer
Protocol choices for pork include only pork tenderloin, per the sheet. Choices other than that are not protocol, so keep that in mind.
