I have lost over 25 pounds . but I have lot of extra skin ( flabby skin) . not a lot of fat but just excess skin . especially near the abdomen area . how does everyone deal/treat/ fix this ?

@collectivity , is that exercise on phase 1 or phase 2 . and does that include strength training or only cardio ?

I only did cardio (walk/jog on threatmill). and the skin was tightening . strength training is later on in the program I believe

You may end up with some loose skin, though some of that may tighten up a little bit of over time. It is what happens when you lose a lot of weight. I choose to love my skin for having covered me when I needed it. You can always consider skin reduction surgery if needed in the future.
