I have few questions: What the last meal should be? And what time ? How many hours apart between each eating time ? Can you share? My last snack is around 9-10 pm and it is a protein chocolate bar , is it ok or better we stop at around 6 pm ? I would like to hear from you ?

I know everyone is different, I started 1/13 and this is my typical eating schedule. 9:00-chocolate shake with 2 cups of spinach 12:30-peanut butter bar or vanilla crispy square 3:30-dorados or trail mix 6:30- dinner, usually something from Janevas cookbook or a protein, riced cauliflower and additional veggie and stir fried together. I never eat anything after dinner. I get my salt and oil in at dinner and always have the roasted cauliflower and red pepper soup or pickles on hand if I get hungry during afternoon. Sometimes we have to eat out with clients and I’ll order as clean as I can always staying away from carbs and alcohol. I’ve lost 27. 1 lbs so far and feel great.

Sounds like you are making great progress and it seems to be working for you. If you are wanting to switch it up and Unless your coach told you otherwise, I would suggest trying to keep it at 3 products a day. Maybe switch your order around and have the bar earlier in the day and maybe dorados as snack (something less filling) until you’re body adjusts and try and eventually eliminate the last snack? Keep up the good work!

@inge3 Sounds working. but creating also a lifestyle change may want to stop eating anything after supper. that is what will put weight on

I will stop at 6 or 7 pm and try the restricted chocolate bar during the day time

@burgle I really like the idea of having a packet at 3:30. That’s when I get hungry and start craving something to eat.

My day often starts at 4:30 am. I try to keep my eating between 8 am and 7pm allowing a fasting time of 13 hours between. That being said if I am really hungry I will keep my snack until 8 ish and I always have a bar or the soy puffs because they are so filling. My meal times are 7-8, 12-2, and 5-7

You should eat no closer than 2 hours before bed. Eat within an hour of waking and spread out packets and meat every 4-5 hours. If you go to bed late or eat dinner early, have the snack after dinner.

Eating intervals of 3-4 hours keeps your body from thinking going in starvation mode which SLOWS down your metabolism and does everything it can to preserve energy. Thus no loss possible gain. First time on diet i stayed within 4 hrs and loss avg 5lbs a week 93 in 7months. second time would having breakfast to lunch span more like 6hrs apart and only loss avg 2lbs with sometimes gains. eating no more or less of food being 100%protocol

Everyone’s lifestyle and circumstances are different so that will require different ways and times of eating. I usually don’t eat until I’m hungry. l During the work week I’m up at about 5 ish and go to sleep around 8:30 9. I wake up drinking lots of water. I drink BCAAS on my way to work. I eat a restricted and coffee around 9. Between 11-1 I eat some animal protein, veggies and/or salad. Sometimes I eat all my animal protein during this time ( maybe my dinner meal) Between 1-4 I eat another IP. Between 4-7 more veggies/salad and another IP. By the time I get home I just have some tea. On off days weekends and long days I’m usually awake longer and or later so I spread my food out more. Today I had eggs and Spinach at 9. I won’t eat my first IP until I’m hungry. I’ll be up late tonight and eating dinner out. Not sure what time.

I’m totally different from everyone here lol I use one premade shake in my coffees as cream and as my breakfast 12-12:30Lunch I have 2oz of protein and 2 cups veggies 3pm I have a package (restricted if I’m gonna have one) 5-6 dinner rest of protein and veggies 7-8 last pkg (my husband has a snack so do I) I like hot water and lemon so I usually have that and the chocolate soy puffs or a mug cake. This works for me. If played with different but at 3 and night time I feel like I NEED sugar for habitual reasons so I spread my packages out.
