I’m sick.  And the only thing I want to eat is soup.I’m sick. And the only thing I want to eat is soup. I’ve already eaten all my IP meals for the day and need to get my protein and veggies in. Any advice or genius recommendations?

Chicken soup. Chicken, chicken broth, cabbage, cauliflower, zuchinni, whatever you have on hand

Make Some Chicken soup. Broth (I add better than bouillon too) canned or rotisserie chicken (or cook some), chopped celery, season it with onion powder and anything green in your pantry and add some cauliflower rice to it.

We are allowed rotisserie chicken, broth, celery, etc. Will a few carrots and an onion really make an impact? No noodles. I'm such a soup person the the packets are crap.

Veggie soup! purree it in food processor, esp cauliflower makes a nice creamy soup~!

When I cut up my daily veggies - I save all the pieces, peels, stems, hearts and ends in a gallon size ziplock and then boil it all with some salt and a bay leaf and make a broth. I toss in a lemon for preserving and then I put it my canning bath and make a few jars at a time for a “faux pho. “ Cook a cup with 1/3C mushrooms, shredded cabbage, and broccoli and spiralized zuchinni- cook it all together with a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Very good idea. i put my cellery ends in a cup of water on the windowsill esp in the winter. Im growing a little garden. use the leaves in salad, sandwiches, meat dishes, and soups.

Yes that is Turkey Kielbasa and no I don't recommend that's just what I use. Gives it good flavor.
