SW: 243.  8 CW: 226.SW: 243. 8 CW: 226. 8 GW: ? I'm needing some help setting my goal weights. I'm 5'6 with a small frame. However, I look like a skeleton in the 130's. My first goal I would like before my Wedding May 2nd. My final goal by Sept 1st. Please help!

Try this to get a directional weight that you should aim for and then assume 2lbs a week weight loss so about 26lbs before your wedding. I always recommend you go in the bottom to middle of the Green. I have been at the top of the Green range and prefer to be at the very bottom. .

I'm not sure if this helps you out at all, but I am the same height and looking to be around 140. I've been there before in my early thirties and it was a good weight for me so trying to get back there again in my early fifties.

Go for it even of you dont think it would be a great fit. Then just decide if you get to a certain weight and feel healthy and happy then mantain that weight.

I’d say 150ish. It really depends on your body composition and muscle though. I’m 5’7” and my goal is 150-170lbs with good muscle tone and I’ve always had larger breasts so less than 150 I wouldn’t feel right.!

I'm 5'8. 5" and my original goal was 155. With the amount of inches I've lost (46 +/-), I feel that is an unrealistic goal. I'm happy to float between 165 and 175.

I am 5’5”. Lost down to 125. My husband said I am too skinny and should gain back to 140. Ha! Hardly ever that from someone! I like it. Trying to stay below 130. All how you feel about yourself.

I am 5’5” and settled at 147/148, with 150 being my trigger weight. BF is in the healthy range, but I still have boobs. I have been around 140, and a member of the itty bitty titty club.  I like to have the best of both worlds, healthy weight with some boobs left.

It is very hard to set a goal weight. The first time I did this diet I just went with how I felt and how I looked. I am 5’4” and anything under 180 I look absolutely horrible. 190 is almost perfect for me. You will know when you get there!
