When I started my journey a year ago I wasn’t ready to give up alcohol so I did another program that allowed 2 drinks per week & stuck to that. Went down almost 90 lbs! But once I realized I can’t drink anymore due to my migraines I hopped on IP lol! Maybe look into other programs where you can have an occasional drink because you don’t want to go through weight gain, possible health problems & outta fat burn. You want to enjoy your life & be able to maintain your new lifestyle daily ♥️
