@gravitative7 it's not part of my water intake. I drink at least 130oz of water per day, but it's good to know I can have some cups of tea.

@compensatory enjoy! Thanks for mentioning how much water you drink. I don’t think most people realize drinking more than recommend is really good!

Herbal tea can be counted as water. Just choose to use teas that have no caffeine

Is coffee unlimited?
by (3.7k points)
@thomsen the limitations I heard are related to sweetener. If you drink it without adding anything, I think so.

@compensatory yes! If you drink black coffee without adding anything it’s unlimited! Herbal teas counts as water

Thanks. I usually only have one cup, the odd time two.

@thomsen asking to confirm, my understanding is black coffee while unlimited needs to be offset by the same added amount of water over the 64oz. To the coaches out there is that true?

@reimer That's my understanding as well.

In 2010 was told one cup coffee or one cup tea. think has to do with caffeine.

@driver20888 Griff when I started, 3 months ago, I told my coach that I drink 4-6 cups of coffee per day and she said she was fine with that.
