Has anyone started Stabilization yet? Did you start incorporating more exercise? Did you continue to loss any weight? Tips?

Hubby is maintaining he lost another 7 pounds after phasing off he walks about 3 miles twice a week. He incorporates fruits and nuts and yogurt, cheese and milk but no potatoes or Pasta. Still eats salads for lunch and what I have on phase 1 for dinner

@martlet sounds great. I am looking to incorporate the nuts and cheese as my fats and the fruits as my carbs. Honestly, at this point, that’s all I’m really craving. Oh and I am looking forward to real salad dressing.

@diplomatic223 here is a mayo recipe that's fantastic taste like the real deal and hubby uses it too. I make coleslaw and thousands island dressing by incorporating pickle juice, stevia and no sugar added ketchup.

I’m on maintenance as well. Lost 10 lbs on Phase 2. Really enjoyed fruit, nuts and cheese. Still weighing and measuring I believe that’s the key!

I’m struggling on phase 2. Pretty sure it’s portion sizes and the little “snacks” back to weighing and measuring foods tomorrow

I’m on maintenance too. I go back and forth a few pounds. I did not step off until I was 10lbs less than goal weight. I don’t think it would be healthy for me to weigh any less.

I’m on phase 2 because phase 1 made me sick every day. I never actually completed phase 1. But I’m still losing weight on it I stay under 40 carbs a day. Usually try to stick to 15-30 if any. And 5 portions from fat and protein max.
