Crystal, I understand what you mean. I’m on my 2nd week and this is the first time at dinner that I was full and still had food on my plate. I believe it was just a lot veggies. I had 1 cup zucchini 1 cup riced cauliflower and 5. 2 oz of boneless skinless chicken tender cut size plus 1 cup of cucumbers. Sometimes I need crunch. It was honestly too much. I did save it for later and recommend splitting up the veggies over the entire day. I think that was my downfall today. Otherwise I have not had an issue. Hope it helps. Hang in there!

@jessalyn69387 That was 2 cups of zoodles and 5 oz lean ground meat with Roa’s sauce. I saved it. Maybe I can finish it later.

With as little as we actually eat, we need EVERY morsel of required food. Are you spreading your food out enough or trying to eat too much in one sitting? If this happens multiple times, switch to lighter veggies, meats and packets so you can consume all required foods.

I set would set it aside and finish it later. I eat at 4:30-5:00 and have my snack at 8:00

This is day 2. I think I’ve spread my meals out enough. Breakfast at 7:30a, lunch at noon, snack at 3:30p, dinner at 7p

Are you getting exercise I clean my meals and snacks but I walk two hours every day and kickbox every nice with a group on Zoom I can't get enough food

@ouzel I do walk, but I was told not to do vigorous exercise.

@ouzel everyone is different with adding in exercise. Walking 2 hours and an an hour of kickboxing with our limited calories would make me gain weight. I have tried both ways. But good for you that you have three hours of your day available to work out and having great results

If your not able to eat that much protein have a hard boiled eggs or 2 during the day.

It ebbs & flows for me. Some days I eat a little extra, other days I eat a bit less. So long as I don't have headaches, I feel like I'm learning to listen to my body again. ❤
