Has anyone had experience of being in ketosis and not losing weight. Like at all. I have done this program with success in the past and this is the first time I have done it and had slight loss at first and then followed by no weight loss. I am wondering if I confused my body by doing a couple long hikes. I added more IP packets those days and BCAA right before the hikes plus lots of water. After I did the hikes I abruptly stopped the weight loss progress. Anyone else experience this before? Do I need to go off protocol to reset my system before starting again?

I have experienced total stop of weight loss for 2 weeks, I've been on since January and am down 49 pounds. Very frustrating but this morning the scale started moving. You will lose inches even if you don't lose weight. I am not crazy active but do intermittent exercise and it does not seem to make a real difference either way but can stop weight loss on the scale because you're building muscle. Hope that helps.

1) check your salt intake. I have to keep mine very low. Even on IP

@gravitative7 I have noticed our water is pretty “salty” here. We have lived in Denver area only for 10 months so far and I noticed that right away. Do you think that would affect it? I should eat less salt too I know. Good idea.

2) you could be exercising too much. That causes your body to gain water. It’s only temporary. 3) stick to your plan. If you are being compliant the scale will change for you.
