My tastebuds are rebelling against the IP packets. I see that’s a common theme for others especially in the beginning. I’ve ordered the cookbook recommended, but it won’t be here for another week ! Does anyone have a tip for using the chili mix? Or maybe a link to your favorite Pinterest site I can search through? I’m overwhelmed with all of the different options. PS - A few of you recommended blending spinach with the meal shake, that is so GOOD! If I have to get through this phase three meal shakes a day mixed with spinach, I will .

My daily lunch is homemade veggie soup. It lasts me about a week, maybe longer if my husband doesn’t eat too much.

I’m on day 15 and found the same yesterday with the chicken soup mix! Do you just use the meal shake, spinach, and water?

@psychochemical I blended the vanilla meal shake powder, 1 cup of spinach, and water in the blender.

I cook my 6oz of lean hamburger meat and add it to the chili. It’s really good and filling!

@cacography7848 it would use your milk and your Splenda allotment, but yeah it is sweet and delicious and I can pretend I’m not eating cauliflower with it! Lol

Add chili to a bed of shredded lettuce and use half packet of that and half packet of nacho chips to make taco salad. Salsa is ok, if you check the labels and it's all zeros. Be mindful of portion.

I add ground turkey, a cup of chopped swt peppers and hot sauce! . For chicken noodle soup mix I pan sauté mushrooms, and spinach with garlic, add 1 cup of FF chicken broth and drop in an egg. It’s delicious, I usually have it for lunch.

You never ever have to eat the food. Find something like the drinks or snacks and just eat them.

Chili mix prepared and served over cauliflower rice. Enhance the packets with your favorite seasonings, such as, garlic, cumin, chili powder or onion powder. or stretch the packet with chopped bell peppers.

I eat a lot of chili for lunch and I get my 2 cups of veggies and it makes it nice and thick, and there’s times I use 2 cups of cubed turnip or 2 cups of Cauliflower rice.
