Try using the electrolytes. they help with water retention.

I don't know about ionized water. but IP electrolytes sure help. I retain a lot of water. and that helps a lot. and they taste good :-)

It happens -- part of the process. It's water, not fat, and temporary. Don't fret the scale!

@deanndeanna The IP Water Enhancers are little packets of electrolyte flavoring for your water. They balance your electrolytes, give you energy, and make your water taste good. I think they should be mandatory.

@deanndeanna That happened to me. I was waiting for my weigh in when my doctor’s office called with my blood work results. They said to drink more water because I was dehydrated. When I told them I was drinking 120 oz. per day, they told me to cut back, preferably to half my body weight, which is the standard recommendation for anybody outside of the IP program.

Choose lower-sodium options. I found soy sauce to be a culprit for me, but everyone's body is different.
