I already did IP in the past. But this time I find it hard to start! I start in the morning and blew it by the end of the day! My one week appointment is tomorrow. I know that I didn't do well. I'm stress to go there and that they weight me with no result (because I didn't follow it). I need to go there because I want to start and by my product for this week! I want to do this! I want tomorrow to be my new beginning! (I find it hard on week end (friday-sunday) because I wake up at 3 am for work. I'm hungry all day! I do bring a extra egg to eat between my breakfast and lunch, because there is about 7-8 hours between my meals! I also have a exercise class on wenesday, Do I have to take a extra ip product on that day? Thank you! Need motivation! I did it in the past and it worked!  
I already did IP in the past.

You have to prepare and bring a lot of veggies. to munch on during the day. make sure you take all your water. and the IP electrolytes help too. - as for motivation. you can do this. but you really have to want to. there's no secret to it. if we are not 100% committed it will not work and we will always find excuse to fall off the wagon. I know. I am having a hard time as well. once you really are committed and there's no more excuses. you will do it and succeed. trick is meal prep and snack prep. it's better if you take 1 extra IP product. than take something that is off the sheet. you've got this !.

Les électrolytes font vraiment toute la différence. ils sont a saveur de limonade ou tangerine. c'est des petits sachets dans une boite. ça aide beaucoup pour la retention d'eau

My coach just told me their jello is a really good extra. She finds it filling enough for the 3 o'clock hangrys.

I work night shift then go to another job for part of the day up lots of hours I use an extra packet on double days and take cut up veggies lots of cucumbers this works for long hours might be worth a try I am down 38

@indoxyl yes I needed the extra packet so I do that on my four night shifts then normal my other three days I wasn’t getting enough with the long hours So was holding weight Good luck

Lean on your coach for support. A rocky start is better than not starting. You can do hard things.

Don’t be so hard on yourself! I did it for 1 year got down to a perfect small size and now 2 years later I have gained the weight mostly back but eat totally healthy! I am ok with it!

Drink the BCAA the morning of workout. Drink the peach mango, blueberry cranberry pomegranate or eat jello after. They are best for muscle recovery post work out. I have lots of people struggling right now; myself included. as a coach I would never make anyone feel bad for choices made. Forward steps together with a good plan in place. Get on scale. It may not be as bad as you think. Good luck

@heartbreaking9962 are all BCAA good on IP? Or I have to take the IP one?

@indoxyl I would use IP. It’s not that much more expensive than others and we know it filters through kidneys and stays in your body allowing all organs to benefit from it. My understanding is a lot of the off-the-shelf ones do not do so. But then you might get lucky and find one that does!
