Soo it's 12:19pm CST and I've yet to have breakfast. What do you do on days you don't get breakfast in on time? I was going to make the wild berry yogurt drink mix into waffles and then lunch was gonna do chili packet but here we are. I guess my body is in ketosis because I haven't been hungry. I did start feeling physical hunger a bit ago with stomach growling. but I ate a boiled egg and just trying to decide what to do .

I don’t eat according to a schedule. I eat according to my hunger and lifestyle. On weekends I usually eat my first food/meal later as I’m running around more and up later. During the week I eat my first meal/food earlier because I’m working, up early and to bed early. I just ensure that I get everything in between my core waking hours and try not to eat anything too heavy 2 hours before I go to sleep at night.
