If you were diabetic, you wouldn’t eat sugar-laden foods because they were part of a trip. If you were celiac, you would not eat gluten because meals were pre-arranged. Being overweight is a medical condition. Request veggies and proteins without sauces/butter. Then ignore any carrots, peas, potatoes on your plate.
