Ip #1. between 9-10:30. normally my restricted item Ip#2. between 12:30 & 1:00. chips or a bar. unless I am have an IP item as my lunch ex: mac’n cheese Ip #3. about 4:00 . chips, a bar or a drink packet I wake up at 7:00. Go to bed about 9:00.

@almswoman Always 2 cups of veggies. normally my go-to is 1 cup riced cauliflower, 1 cup chopped broccoli, mushrooms. with seasonings. Most of the time I have 4oz of protein; ground chicken/turkey, shrimp, eggs, tuna, or a lean hamburger. Today I had riced cauliflower, chopped broccoli, mushrooms, spinach & tuna . I added fresh garlic (not powder), chili paste, ginger and a little lite soy sauce.

I’m up early so it’s within an hour of my wake up time. I’ve always been a I need breakfast after I get up. I tried that intermittent fasting thing where I had to wait to eat after getting up and got very lightheaded so gave that concept up. I like variety so my breakfast choices generally can be a chocolate drink latte, pumpkin latte, apple cinnamon puffs with that one ounce of milk, crispy cereal, oatmeal, chop chip pancake mix or that herb cheese egg packet. Can you tell I love my breakfast? Lol

My first IP item of the day has been a pre made shake ever since I started the program back on 10/16/18 and I will have that anytime between 7-8am.

I wake up to a coffee with allowed Amount if dairy, then I try to drink a 33 Oz hydro flask with lemon IP water enhancer in it then I go for the gold and make an IP pancake egg sandwich with a side of IP syrup for dipping

Yes! One pancake the pan is KEY. I use less water then it calls for I make it into a pasty consistency and then add a smidge more you don’t want it super runny and It makes me two small cakes and then I make an a egg to go in the middle! It’s like a mc. griddle lol so good I prefer to use the chocolate chip pancake

I tend to eat 2 hrs after waking despite protocol saying within an hour of waking because I spend the first bit drinking a litre of water. During cooler months I eat pancakes, oatmeal, crispy cereal, but in warmer months my go to is iced coffee with the vanilla premade drink.

I don't eat until I've finished a 12 oz glass of water. I take it with my vitamins. Then it's Crispy Cereal with coffee and milk. Usually within an hour of getting up.

730-8a IP #1 shakes or yogurt 16 oz water *** depends on work schedule and events. may have 2cup spinach +other veggie blended in premade drink. Then I eat next veggies at last meal 1130-12p IP#2 soup, chili +2c veggies + lettuce 16oz water *** work schedule just drink or bar or easy made product from janevas cookbook (choco waffle, etc) 330-4p IP#3 wafer, drink restricted bar 160z water *** work schedule- drink. Easy ip snack 730-8p Protein +2c veggies. Lettuce 8oz water Cup herbal tea before bed The key is get it all on consistently. Be prepared. Have IP on hand in case you are stuck and cant eat

Around 8 I put either maple oat meal, apple oatmeal or chocolate shake and spinach in the blender. I then heat slightly the oatmeal ones and take my supplements.

@isochronism93 Stockstill How much spinach do you use with the oatmeal. I may have to try this. Do you prepare it like oatmeal after or more like a hot drink?

@encyclopedic I use the nutrabullet to make it in. I just grab two big handfuls of spinach and then cold water and oatmeal. I probably use more water than the oatmeal calls for. I give it a quick blend then stick the cup in the micro for 30 sec. I drink it. Its not at all like cereal. Both of my adult sons think it tastes pretty good.

Generally, chocolate drink mix or a pancake (plain or chocolate chip) w/WF pancake syrup. This morning I had the veggie chili. The time depends on when I get up (I’m retired), but within one hour of getting up.
