I’m up early so it’s within an hour of my wake up time. I’ve always been a I need breakfast after I get up. I tried that intermittent fasting thing where I had to wait to eat after getting up and got very lightheaded so gave that concept up. I like variety so my breakfast choices generally can be a chocolate drink latte, pumpkin latte, apple cinnamon puffs with that one ounce of milk, crispy cereal, oatmeal, chop chip pancake mix or that herb cheese egg packet. Can you tell I love my breakfast? Lol
