Yes! I’m not sure why either. Anxious feeling just before bedtime. Waking up in the middle of night sometimes too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Use your salt, water enhancers, branched chain, buy water with electrolytes like smart water, have part of your protein earlier in the day, eat your restricted earlier in the day and journal your feelings!

My doctor put me on anti-depressant that has a side affect of losing weight - Wellbutrin. It's helped me not be too hangry while people around me eat food cannot have. I've never been in one before but I think it's helping during this transition.

Hormones are changing on the diet. My sister in law is big in essential oils and she gave me some oil to try and it’s been helping me a lot.
