SW: 202 CW: 188 GW: 170 3ish weeks in now. Doing well - need to buy some more IP foods this week and I’m switching coaches (open to suggestions if you live in North/Central Austin). I’m actually having to remember to eat; my appetite has decreased quite a bit. Had a minor slip up this weekend with family (ate a kolache, oops! ), so hopefully it doesn’t slow me down too much. Looking forward to completing Phase 1 and moving to Phase 2. My goal is by the end of February. Anyone have any IP green bean casserole recipes they like? I haven’t really used my “occasional” vegetables at all yet.

Also, the hardest thing I haven’t been great with is vitamins. I am NOT a whole pills guy. I have a phobia of choking - are there any other options that are protocol?

I bought turkey bacon instead (0 carbs, no sugar, less calories). A lot of bacon is glazed, so you gotta be careful! Not sure about milk though. I’m assuming you just use this in the casserole instead of coffee? I’m a black coffee drinker. I’ll probably just opt out. I don’t have any milk right now anyways lol

Funny u mentioned loss of appetite. I’m feeling it too. I just don’t feel like eating at all sometimes. Why would this be occurring?

If you’re staying hydrated it helps. Also, I’ve never been one to love eating. I just have developed bad eating habits over the last few years.

If you were in south Austin I have the best coach ever. I had two previous coaches years ago so I can compare and the difference is bigger than Texas.

SW: 202 CW: 184 GW: 170 4 weeks in. I’m out of IP food, so I’ve just been eating veggies and proteins to help with the calorie deficit. need to restock since I’m currently not following protocol  The fear for me is actually heading into starvation/fasting mode and losing muscle mass. (Averaging about 1000-1200 calories per day). I’ll be correcting my diet so I continue to stay in fat-burning mode.
