Day 2 here!  I forgot to bring my supplements to work with me.Day 2 here! I forgot to bring my supplements to work with me. would there be harm to taking them all at once later, or should I just take the appropriate dinner time ones and restart tomorrow? For that matter, in general can I take all the daily supplements at once? It's hard to remember to take them/carry them around all the time. considering buying extra bottles to have some in my work bag and some at home Thanks!

My coach said I could take them all at once if I forget to take them in the morning.

I always put mine in a pill case separated for the time of day, rather than hauling all the pills around. I leave the pill case out on my desk at work. I would think that’s a lot on your stomach all at once, but if it doesn’t bother you. I’d be sure it’s not on an empty stomach. I’ve split them up with a couple hours in-between before.

My coach said if you take them all at once it reduces the effectiveness of the ones you take by up to 50%. She said just take the dose that goes with whatever you have when you are around your supplements next.

I think it has to do with the way your body absorbs them. For example, If you took all the cal mags at the same time, you would only be able to absorb half of them and the rest would be wasted. I think that’s what I took away from my talk with Coach. But I could be completely wrong.

Take them as soon as you get home. Then take the others before you go to bed. You need them all. Just a tip. I carry this insulated bag with me all the time. It has a zipper pocket on the side. All my vitamins and several IP packs are in it at all times. I add food, water etc when needed. It’s very convenient.

You CANNOT properly ABSORB them all at once. They are spread out for that reason.

I take mine in the morning before I leave for work then the rest a dinner. Easy that way you don’t need to take any with you!

I too stay with the old plan on vitamins. Morning, dinner and bed time. Just easier.

I cant remember either ans take the all at once. My coach said if it doesn't hurt my stomach it was fine. Otherwise I wasnt taking them at all.

Your body can’t absorb all of them at once, they need to be spread out.
