Theres a recipe in Janeva's book for a biscuit/muffin with the potatoe puree and crispy cereal. delicious!

@democritus87784 I'm not taking credit for her recipe, its explained in my comment above it is from Janeva's book. Almost everyone on this protocol had her book. It's not a secret ‍♀️

@sagacious that’s good but it says in the rules of the site not to take pics of her recipes in the book! If you want to continue fine but I was dealt with when I did it 8 months ago! Good luck to you!

Janevas cook book. mix it with crispy cereal and make the muffins which I use for sliders and tuna sandwiches . I double it and make bread and then use it as toast as well. I get about 11 decent slices.

@breaux1546 it’s a mini waffle maker. I got mine on Amazon but Target and other stores have them to. You can waffle a lot of things!
