How do you use the chili mix?

@masseur yes, but I let it sit with the water in it for about 5 minutes, softens the beans

Cook low and slow on the stove makes it much better than a zap in the microwave.

Saute green/red peppers in your olive oil plus IP salt. So good together.

I brown a pound of burger or gr turkey . Add finely diced pepper. Drain off liquids. Add a jar of my canned tomatoes diced and 3 pkgs of chili mix. Divide it up to 3 servings.

Can someone tell me the carbs and protein for the chili?

I put the chili on top of salad. Kind of makes a taco salad. If you have a packet left to put Dorados on top it’s even better.

I put it on top of cabbage steaks. Always add some Tajin and hot sauce. Yum!

I prepare as directed, add a beaten egg and layer it with slices of roast red peppers to bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I add some salsa after it comes out of the oven. Yummy!

I add some crushed red pepper seasoning and eat it as is. It’s wonderful
