I eat lots of chicken, shrimp, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini. I’m basic, but it’s working!

I buy off the list. Things that I like anyways. The turnip fries in Janevas cookbook are actually really good!

I make allot of soups/stews with various veggies, herbs, seasonings, ground beef, chicken, shrimp, fish. It’s very convenient, easy way to get veggies in and filling. I eat what I make for 2-3 days then freeze any leftovers for future meals in between me cooking.

I buy lean ground beef, boneless/skinless chicken breast, Starkist tuna creations hickory or jalapeño pouches, eggs, frozen cauliflower rice, Birdseye steam fresh broccoli and/or cauliflower, zucchini, spring mix lettuce, zucchini noodles, LOTS of mushrooms, squash and some times brussel sprouts. I pretty much stick to the simple stuff. Make sure there is NO sugar in the frozen veggies. just veggies.

Lots of fresh prepared veggies such as mini peppers, celery, lettuce, cauliflower and broccoli, along with easy to cook proteins such as chicken breasts, ground beef, steak, eggs, egg whites, etc. Walden Farms Bacon Ranch dip is great for veggies. Spinach omlette is a nice quick dinner, too. Also keep cans of tuna and chicken on hand for quick protein additions to salads.
