I’m in Keto and hate it. I’m sluggish, forgetful, feel like I drank too much coffee but run down. I’m dropping 4 pounds a week consistently and I just think that’s too much to handle. I’m VERY strict on the program. But I have been only taking 2 not 4 of the calmag. I have been feeling this way for about 2 weeks, been on the program for 5 weeks. I have 100 plus pound to lose. I’m 50. I am drinking 70 ounces of water and using the enhancers. Any Suggestions?  
I’m in Keto and hate it.

You need ALL the supplements. Why are you not taking all the Cal-Mag? Cal-Mag supports bones, teeth, digestion, muscle responses and nerve transmission, regulating heartbeat, muscle tone and contraction, and nerve conduction and many other functions.

Are you adding your salt daily? If not, add it every day. If so, add a bit more.

Definately add salt and potassium. Vitamin D3 and B2. plus dont forget it is also CARB withdrawal. I am exactly in the same way

At 50 tho it might be a hormone issue too. for me these symptoms improved w the more weight I lost. There is a surge of estrogen released by fat cells w weight loss
