I started 12 days ago and I’m down 4. 6 pounds and 4. 75 inches. I was surprised my weight wasn’t down more. Has anyone else started slow? I haven’t cheated.

That's good! Keep up the good work. Some people may lose more in the beginning because they have more to lose overall or they have more water retention and they lose that. At this rate you'll be averaging over 2 and a half ponds a week. That's great!

That’s excellent. Best piece of advice I can give is do not focus on the weight number and don’t let it get to you. The key is following it for 6 -8 weeks and you will be amazed. Absolutely fight every urge to cheat as it will set you back a week each time.

Don’t compare yourself to other people! Your body is not some piece of push button machinery. It is a complex and unique organism. You are going to lose weight and inches at your own rate! You are doing great! Focus on small goals and you will do great!

I have learned that I have bigger loses every second week, just keep going. You aren’t even two weeks in and your body is not yet into the premium ketosis range yet! Soon you will be waking up in the night because your body is fat flushing! The weight loss happens you just have to stay the course.

I only lost about 1. 5 a week. Slow and steady wins the race.

That's a great loss. Depends on a lot of factors especially how heavy when you begin. Those who are heavier & need to lose 100+lbs usually will drop the most. As long as the inches are moving downwards, the scale's not going drastically up be happy & keep on plan. It works!

I lost 4 lbs my first week. Then I consistently lost 0. 4-1 lbs a week. I’m down 50lbs. Without IP I couldn’t loose at all. Every BODY is different. I had a lot to loose. I’m happy it’s off. Wouldn’t of been able to do it on my own.

I lost 55 lbs. I was averaging 2. 5 a week. It hit me one day that that was 10 lbs a month! . and that was A LOT MORE than I was doing on my own and with other (Diets)efforts. Hang in There! Do not Fret. IF you KNOW you are doing it correctly, it will not only COME OFF, and but trust me, YOU will LOOK and FEEL So GREAT! It is science and perseverance. (year 3-Maintenance)

Thanks for all the comments and advice. I’m going to increase my water. That can’t hurt. I’m sticking to what I’m doing. It will work I’m sure!
