Rutabaga fries. Spaghetti squash, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, these are all fantastic roasted! And spinach in a shake, you won’t even notice a change in the flavour.

there is a recipe in the revised cookbook. but basically I cut the turnip into fry shape/size, season them, drizzle a tsp of oil on them, and then air fry them (can also be baked)

I like roasted brussel sprouts and spaghetti squash, and I use roasted eggplant as a dip for cracker made with the soups but watch the quantities on those. None of them are unlimited.
